At Creative Carousel, customer satisfaction is, like, super important to us. We promise to replace or refund items under the following thrilling scenarios:

  • We Sent the Wrong Item/Size/Address/Damaged Item: Because sometimes, we just like to keep things exciting.
  1. Wrong Garment: You got the wrong brand? Oops, our bad.
  2. Wrong Item: It’s not what you ordered? Shocking.
  • If we messed up and sent you the wrong stuff, feel free to keep the treasures we’ve accidentally bestowed upon you.

Replace or Full Refund

  • Low-Quality Printing or Misplaced Designs: Because we know you don’t want a Picasso version of your design.
  1. Blurry Print: If your design looks like it’s trying to escape the fabric.
  2. Design Placement Issue: If the print placement is so wrong it’s basically modern art.
  3. Peeling Print: If your design is flaking off like it’s shedding its skin.
  4. Scaling Issue: If your design looks like it was resized by a toddler.

Replace or Full Refund

  • The Actual Product Size is Wildly Off: If our measurements were more “creative” than “accurate” (more than 1-3 cm off).

  • The Color Doesn’t Match What Was Advertised: If we managed to get the color so wrong that you’re questioning your eyesight or ours.

  • Quality Issues That Make You Want to Scream:
  1. Broken/Torn/Malfunctioning: If it arrived looking like it lost a fight.
  2. Embroidery Issues: Threadwork so bad it could be modern art.
  3. Stains: Mystery spots or smears that do not appear on the artwork (and definitely aren’t a new design feature).

  • Out of Stock Drama: If you ordered something, and it turns out we didn’t have it (and we forgot to tell you):
  • Full Refund + 10% Product Price Compensation: Because who doesn’t love a surprise?

Logistics Guarantee Under Normal Conditions (Whatever Normal Means These Days)

  1. Lost Parcel: If your package decided to go on an adventure and never returned.
  2. Logistics Update Black Hole: If your tracking hasn’t updated for 30 days.

Note: Remote areas sometimes have a whole different definition of “normal,” so shipping might take 2-3 months. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.

All claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product (don’t wait for it to go bad on purpose). For package damages, you’ve got 72 hours. If it’s our fault, we’ll cover it. Promise.

Fulfillment: Because We Know You Like to Wait

We know fulfillment times are a big deal, so here’s the breakdown for you:

Important notes that you totally won’t ignore:

  1. All policies apply to online orders. Offline orders? Add 2 days.
  2. Fulfillment refers to production + delivery. So, basically, the whole shebang.
  3. Orders are processed from 9:00 to 16:00 (UTC+8), so don’t bother ordering at 4:01 PM.
  4. Weekends count, but holidays don’t. We need a break too, you know.
  5. Effective design files are a must. No file, no product.
  6. Compensation is only for product price, not for the shipping cost (so don’t even ask).
  7. Orders with multiple categories? The slowest one wins the race.
  8. Compensation cap is $500 for bulk orders. We’re generous but not that generous.

Not Covered? Not Our Problem.

  • Wrong shipping address, size, color, or design file? No replacement or refund.
  • Claims submitted after two weeks? Too late, buddy.
  • If you wrecked it, you bought it. Simple.
  • Issues due to natural disasters, wars, or cosmic interference? Nope. Not our circus, not our monkeys.
